Toyo Tires???

I was seeking during a nice used 2009 Town and Country Limited a other day upon a dealer lot. It has about 29,000-30,000 miles upon it. One of a usually drawbacks which we could see is which it will need tires soon. It currently has Toyo tires upon it. Were Toyo's OEM from a factory? or have been they something which has been combined for a single reason or another? Dealer pronounced they were usual upon a T&C from a factory, but we figured he competence contend only about anything during which point if he suspicion we would buy a van. The concern we have is if these have been not OEM, what would cause them to wear so quickly?

Just need an honest answer if a Toyo code tires have been OEM or not.
